I’m thinking maybe I did too. Can’t get it to pair with my 2010 Ram 2500. Sent email early afternoon and it’s almost 10 pm and no response yet. Written instructions with the PKB didn’t work and video on YouTube that had different instructions didn’t work for me either. We’ll see what happens.
